Rentals & Decorations Policy/Agreement

We are delighted to help with your decorations, rental equipment and many more.

● Rentals are four 48 hours only. For example, if you rent 2/27, you will be returning 2/29

● Linens are rented to customers cleaned and neatly folded.

● Late return will be charged extra. Please let us know when you confirm the order if you might be returning late; we might work something out.

● We will charge for damaged items, please handle rentals with care. We charge for damage item(s) depending on our new it is.

● We do deliver and pick up item for additional fee.

● Items can also be picked up per customer preference.

● Please give us a call for decoration contract, decoration services needs at least a month in advance for booking, deposit of half the total amount will be needed on day of confirmation, needs about 5-8 days for a decoration quote depending on size and type of decoration requesting.
