All rentals are four 48 hours only. For example, if you rent 2/27, you will be returning 2/29.
Ordering: All orders placed by customers are pending until reviewed and approved by GPSR and converted into a reservation.
Large scale ( For over 150 guests) customers to place orders at least 6 months before the event. Deposit due on the day of reservation. Full payment is required 7 days to event or rental pick up or delivery.
Medium scale ( For about 150 guests) orders can be made 3 months before the event. Deposit due on the day of reservation. Full payment due 7 days to event or rental pick up or delivery.
Small scale ( For less than 150 guests) can be made at least 2 months before.
Very small scale ( For about 75 guests, can be made 1 month before. Deposit due at time of reservation. Full payment due 7 days before event or rental pick up or delivery.
Orders made two weeks before will need to be carefully reviewed by a staff member.
Orders made two weeks before may or may cost additional emergency charges. We do not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. Orders made less than two weeks before the event will definitely incur a rush fee if we are able to fulfill it.
Last minute orders may be accepted if items are in stock. Please get in touch with us.
Cancellation, Most and not all orders may be canceled three months before with full refund. Discuss with us about your situation. Orders canceled less than two months will get 50% back. An order canceled one month before will get 25% of payment back. Order canceled less than one month before will be getting 10% back. Order canceled two weeks before,no refund.
Late return will be charged extra. Please let us know when you confirm initial order if you might be returning late; we will let you know if this is ok, we can work something out with you, if not, your card on file will be charged as follows: if you are late by 24 hours, we will have half rental, if you are late to return by 48 hours, we charge full rental price and so on.
Deposit non refundable 50% will be charged at time of order reservation. This will count towards the total amount.
Inspection Customers to inspect rental items prior to use, take pictures and inform GPSR of any malfunction. GPSR will also inspect rentals items for any damages when customers return
Customers will be charged for damaged items, please handle rentals with care. Depending on how new the item is, we charge based on that. You might be charged the full item price. Damages include but are not limited to large difficult to remove stains on linen or tables and chairs, wet chairs and tables, other broken or damaged items.
Linens are rented to customers cleaned and neatly folded.
Linens, please separate used, wet, and dirty linens from dry and clean linens, failure to separate may incur additional charges.
Please be mindful with stains on tables, chairs, and linens, large, difficult to remove stains may incur additional charges.
We deliver and pick up items for a charged fee, ask the staff for delivery and pickup fee.
Additional fees to deliver to some locations with barriers such as stairs, elevator, far distance from accessible parking.
Items can also be picked up by customers, please arrange this with a staff if you would like to pick up and return yourself. Please schedule a date and time for adequate planning.
Decoration/ Event Planning Agreement
Decoration starts at $600 for a simple balloon backdrop and head table only, no flowers, additional fee if flowers present, set up and breakdown included.
Decoration for guest table centerpiece, minimum of $30 per table depending on design. Needs at least 5 hours to set up for simple balloon decor with little to no flowers. Simple balloon decorations with more flowers need at least 6 hours to set up.
The Gleeful party will charge a consultation fee after 30min. The first 30min is free. $100/hour after the first 30 min will be charged.
Consultation can be virtual or in person.

Reservation payment is required generally 3 months before the event depending on the scale of the event e.g big, medium, or small scale event size. 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellation, 50% deposit may be forfeited, please discuss with GPSR.
Every item brought by GPSR to the event space will be retained/ picked up by GPSR and will not be destroyed by clients EXCEPT FOR BALLOONS. Fake flowers SHOULD NOT be tossed, taken, or destroyed by customers EXCEPT FOR FRESH REAL FLOWERS, customers can keep fresh flowers.
GPSR will charge customer(s) any items damaged in customer(s) care. Items price will be based on the price of the item originally and how new the item is, payment for the items should be made within 7 days after the event.
Customer and Gleeful Party will indicate which part of the event aspect GPSR service is required e.g full event planning, decorations only, backdrop only and so on.
Quotes will be provided between 58 days or 1430 days depending on the scale of event.
